Radiotherapy has damaged my larynx. Clinic have told me my airway collapses on itself. Is there any treatment? It is very frightening.

I'm sorry to hear that you are having such problems following your radiotherapy. I'm afraid I don't have any knowledge of airway collapse, but if you click on the Related Posts to the right of your post, you may find some information that will help. Also, typing 'Airway Collapse' in the Search British Lung Foundation box will bring up other older threads on the subject.
Even more useful, if you are in the UK I suggest you call the BLF Helpline tomorrow - 03000 030 555 office hours - where I'm sure you'll receive knowledgeable information and advice.

Thanks Annie. I'm going to see a respiratory nurse on Thursday...we both think it sounds like acute bronchospasm. It's frightening because an ambulance can take 45 minutes to get to me in rural Lincolnshire, so I'll be discussing self medication.
