No its a condition that is progressive caused by smoking genetics and all the other pollutants on this earth xx
A label of copd or emphysema could be applied if your lung function is below the average for your age, weight, height and sex. Obviously someone in their 60's would probably have a lower lung function than another person in their 20's but this is seen as natural aging. It wouldn't warrent a label being attached.
COPD is a blanket term that covers the two types which are emphysema and chronic bronchitis. Keep smiling
