Can’t sleep, should sleep 💤

We had a drink outside first, it felt sunny and warm..one of the ladies swims in the sea all year round..they talked of underwater swimming, boating.. a different life down there..I must say the sea looked inviting but I didn’t risk it 🐬🐠🐳

I babysat last night for our 3 year old granddaughter which was great fun. Up today at 5.20, woke up with Pete so came downstairs with him.

It does look inviting and I'm sure year-round swimming would keep you very healthy. But you'd want to be very healthy to start with. I prescribe long walks on that gorgeous beach and maybe the occasional paddle.
