Using Oxygen
I am on oxygen and I was having difficulty bending down to the oven through old age so I got rid of the gas stove and put a small freezer in it's place. I bought an electric combination oven and microwave which I put on top of the freezer and an electric steamer so I can cook a full meal without a gas stove. Still 'cooking on gas' as the saying goes. Keep smiling

I can certainly recommend the microwave/convection combination ovens but - make sure that the instructions can be easily understood before you buy. I've recently replaced my ancient Samsung combi oven (28yrs old) for a nice new Samsung combi - 'thinking' it would be just as good, and just as easy to use as my old one, big mistake! It's a good microwave, and a good convection oven but I've yet to find out if it's a good combination oven as the instruction booklet may as well be written in ancient Greek for all the use they are. Since buying it I've been online looking for some help, another big mistake - I ought to have read the reviews before buying, (though there's some consolation in finding out that it's not just me being thick).
I normally do look at reviews but because of my previous good experience with Samsung I didn't bother. I don't want to put anyone off 'Samsung' - their other combi ovens may have instructions that are as simple and straight forward to follow as they were for my old oven - I'm just saying take a look at the instructions, as well as the reviews.....first.
A slow cooker would also be useful, and safe.
Have you tried just using a slow cooker chuck the food in and leave it to cook...get a combi microwave and convection I use mine a lot xxx
