Hi Cory sorry to dim your hopes but when I going my DLA it took me a total of 4 years in reviews plus an extra year in getting the correct mobility but strick at it it is well worth and in cases of reviews you do get back payments, essential you keep notes from one appeal to the next I say this as the goal posts have changed over the years.

Hi everyone, I won my appeal at the tribunal, the three people on the bench could not believe I was turned down when on top of my 15% DLA I was lately diagnosed with asbestos lung disease at 55% and that was a DWP doctor who gave me that 55% ? ,Thank you all who told me not to give up God bless.
