How I hate my big toe nails,
They live too far way.
I can hardly reach down there
Cos fat gets in the way.
I know that it’s my own fault
That I’m now built that way.
But not being able to reach down there
Is a heavy price to pay.
Because I’m diabetic
I should get them cut for free.
Just walk in the doctor said
No trouble will it be.
So off I goes to where he said,
As quickly as I dare.
Just to find to my disgust
The rest of the town were there! :-0
We decided to have ours done at home.
I suppose it is a bit expensive, but the foot massage and the comfort is great.
I've been having mine done at home, but £26 just to get my nails cut seemed a bit steep. Still, there was no way I was queuing for that long. 😡

Hello Don-1931version,,,,well I am type 2 and go every 12 weeks for my feet to be looked at and my toe nails cut,,,it is rather nice to have somebody do the task that I cannot manage,,,,and it is so quick,,,,when I want to put cream on my dry feet,,I sit on the bed with my legs up and I can just about reach my heels and toes,,,,I had a change of meds and my weight has dropped from 134 kg in June 2016 to 107 kg July 2017,,,have a good trip when you get your nails done,,,ttfn from karen.
