Had a letter from our surgery saying that I'd been booked in for flu and shingles jab for Oct 23rd. I phoned to see if I could have the flu jab earlier and it's been brought forward to Oct 7th. I was hoping to get it done at the beginning of this month, I know some surgeries started to do them then.

Got mine done for free last week at my local chemist where I pick up my prescriptions. They tell the surgery that they've done it.

After replying to the post I spotted a Boots ad in our local paper, apparently they also do them - free for over 65s, so I'll be getting mine done there.
