Bacteria Fluid Viscosity

Well i found my self looking at some oblong bacteria under my microscope from my dads leg edema ulcers.

I was amazed how little &&&@ move about AFTER some research i was shocked to find out bacteria move about better in thick fluid than thin watery fluid.

SO my question is how many lung diseased take Mucolytics to thin lung congestion mucus sputum HAVE seen a reduction in there lung infection colonization rate IF any.
