I have had PLCh since 2008

Hi my babe it's Savannah I have had PLCH since 2008and my Linda are now functioning at 39% so in in respitory failure. In only 33and have 2 teenage children at home. I've read everything possible about my lung disease and nine of my doctors have any clue what to so.my chest hurts 24/7 like I'm having a heart attack. My PLCH is only inn my Lungs. Ice cut down my smoking and have stopped but I always end up lighting up a cigarette. I'm currently not smoking. Does anyone have any info or insight fyi this disease if so please key me know.thank you.

Hi, Pulmonary Langerhans’ cell histiocytosis is a fairly rare condition so obtaining an accurate diagnosis is a positive step. Stay away from the cigarettes as much as you can because they will only make things worse. Sorry I cannot help in regards to the pain.
