I don't know anything about the oxygen thing
I'm an asthmatic who doesn't require any oxygen or stuff like that
But I can tell you that Croatia is a beautiful place where about are you planning to go?
I went to Cavtat which is very close to Dubrovnik btw there is a walk you can do there (Dubrovnik) along the walls I suggest with respiratory issues it wouldn't be a great idea to do so
There aren't many exits I managed like half the wall and it was the first exit I saw
Enjoy the sun ☀️ wherever you go

Hello Shellc only advice I can give is that you will need an up to date EHIC card to start with then phone The Overseas Health team on 0191-2181999 and/or The Dept of Health Customer Services on 02072104850 but be warned that if you are given a contact you may have to do the contacting your self which will mean phoning the people and then being able to fax over all the information they need. Its a lot of sometimes hard work but the only way to get what we want. Only other options is you can hire an oxygen concentrator plus batteries from Pure02rental but the cost will be over £500 to rent. Hope this helps
Thank you , I have a portable oxygen concentrator but I didn't want to rely on it , I have an Imogen with batteries plus another one I can use of a night , I did this for Portugal last year which worked well , but I know Portugal well so wasn't nervous about that , I have travelled to Tenerife and lanzarote before and arranged through my e111 with lots of emails but is getting harder to find contacts , I just miss my holidays abroad ,cleaner air etc and it seems a proper rest so to speak , my mum and sister r going to Croatia so I thought I would tag along
If it worked well in Portugal for you it should be for Croatia as well I assume as long as you have your EHIC card should it go wrong you could contact the local hospital for help. See if either of those numbers can advise you who you would contact if anything went wrong with your portable concentrator.
