Hi everybody, I'm new to this site having just signed up today.
I have been diagnosed with COPD / Acute Asthma for over 10 years now. I have just seen information about a product called Airnergy from Biolife Solutions. Has anybody had any experience or information about this machine?
Thanks

I have just got one on hire from Biolife I have severe emphysema/COPD. I've only had it a week and not using it on full power yet but already I'm seeing small improvements in my breathing and strength. I'm able to do just a bit more of all the things I have not been able to do.
It certainly wont do you any harm to try it. If you take it on rental for 3 months as I have then you can decide to either extend another 3 months or buy it. They take the rental fees off the buy price if you decide to buy.
It's not a cure but if it helps why not. Go onto YouTube there are some testimonial videos on there.
Hi there sloneranger, thanks for your feedback. One of the few who have a positive opinion of the machine. I’m seeing my GP after I get back from my holiday, see what the medical opinion is. I’ll come back with her comments.
Just remember the medical profession has a default position of not approving anything that has not had thier magical "clinical trials" done to it. I use a therapy called "salt cave" which despite being NHS approved and trialed I still get lots of medical people dismissing it. I even had one say thier website was lying about being approved!
Until western medicine can come up with a cure I'm a great believer in if it works for you why not and I've over the last 4yrs or so tried many different alternative treatments.
I guess the short answer is the NHS don't have the funds to clinically trial everything. If it's not something that a reaserch specialist in the NHS gets behind it's unlikely to get clinical trials.
As always there are many so called cures and treatment claims out there quite a few I have already tried without any great sucess so far the saltcave treatment I would recommend foŕ keeping lungs and airways clear of phlegm and so far Airnergy seems to be giving me a bit more strength and stamina. If it works for you why not!
Www.saltcave.co.uk if your interested in that I dunno where in the country you are there may be a centre near you otherwise you can order salt pipe by mail order from them will help with the phlegm!
