That looks very interesting :) but I would be wary of trying anything without first discussing it with either my doctor or my respiratory consultant.

I note that the website states that they can't disclose the price.......... which only sets alarm bells ringing :(

How did you get on with using Nov at night.I'm feeling very frightened ,just been diagnosed with c.o.p.d.

Hello, please don't be frightened by your illness, that won't do any good. I don't have one of these machines because I now believe that they can not make me better at least not as well as I can with my own thoughts and beliefs in the power of the mind and sub- conscious mind.

Fear is the opposite of love in my opinion. Loving yourself , being kind to yourself can do more for you than allowing yourself to be frightened by your c.o.p.d.

If you are good to you by looking after your body and mind you can improve. Eat nutritious food.Exercise, keep moving, keep drinking plenty of good water..

Don't feel like you are on your own with your fears, many people suffer anxiety and depression when they are diagnosed with c.o.p.d. if you need help with it please see your doctor for a chat.

I hope you will drop by again, huff xxx

I have just seen a site that says this is 930 pounds 😱 Also another good site says it is no good at all and can be harmful so investigate this responsibly

I've looked into this and there are no side affects and the prices for new are over £1000.00

Ask to be assessed for oxygen if it is needed then it is prescribed at the the level needed free of charge and if it is not needed then it was a waste of money, also hearing elians alarm bells if no price is not listed for a treatment that has the potential for harm if not suitable. :-(

I am using oxygen under medical supervision and it is monitored regularly, as part of my treatment it has helped enormously and whilst understanding that others would also find it attractive it must be used safely to be of benefit.

Hi, I looked into one of these 2 years ago - unoffical advice from my Doctor "A Very Expensive Scam and will do nothing for you condition"

I had a High altitude pulmonary edema (HAPE) and was taken to Albertville Hospital. All respiratory patients are given this treatment. What did it do for me, well it didn't give me more energy, all it did was clear out the dried blood from my alveolar walls.

If you look at the German website for this product, all the testimonials are from fit sports people. Not one COPD patient.

The Airnergy website is a classic cod /pseudo scientific website of the many that are amusingly taken apart most weeks at the back of the highly reputable New Scientist magazine. It is a scam trying to detach you from £2000.

Even in the first couple of paragraphs there are either unprovable statements or absolute scientific errors - for example salt dissolves in water at about the same rate whatever the water temperature, whereas the solubility of sugar rapidly increases. There are then some rubbish statements based on theoretical quantum physics about singlets.

Personally, I agree with Bilbo (above), prescribed oxygen has made a huge positive difference to my whole existence! Get yourself checked out with your Health Care Professional.

There have some message about Airnergy from Germany ,that show "Airnergy is no more effective than a placebo " Now I know we should ask our doctors, what can help us .

Hello daisy77

We have just purchased the airnergy machine after fully researching it for my husband who has emphysema, we've only had it just over a week and since using it my husband has been more out of breath and less energy than usual. We are hoping that this is the detoxification process as mentioned in their literature that came with the machine because if this doesn't work I will go mental as this cost a lot of money and it was kinda our last hope as nothing else works, we know it won't cure him, did you have the same problems when first using the machine? thanks in advance

Hi Daisy,

I note from the lung foundation that you purchased an Airenergy machine for your husband and at the time were very unhappy with it, his breathing got worse and his energy levels dropped.

This was some time ago.

Have things improved any does it do what it professes to do?

I am thinking of buying one, am a little put off by the price b ut if it works as well as they state it seems worth it. If on the other hand it doesn't then it's a waste of time and money.

What do you think?

Regards

Keith

Hi,

I wrote to the wrong person by mistake, you purchesed an Airnergy machine for your husband and foung initially that it made his breathing worse and his energy levels dropped.

This was some time ago, did it get better.

Does the machine do what the testimonials say it does?

I am thinking of buying one, am a little put off by the price but if actually works it's worth it, if not it is a waste of time and money.

What do you now think?

Anyone else suspicious of the continual repetitive replies in this thread that praise the product? Something here is fishy...
