Tai Chi
That looks like something I can try,, I am only supposed to do stretching exersises but I could use some of those,
I will have a look for some DVDs that I can do at home.
Thanks for the link. B.
I sent away for an exercise dvd that would be suitable for the less fit. Needless to say I still haven't taken the film off it and I have had it for about 8 weeks!
To be honest that's my problem,, the effort of undoing it, leaves me exhausted.

Have been doing a Tai Chi for 3 years now.The class is for Healthy Living and costs only £2 a lesson as it is subsidised.I even did it in a wheelchair after a hospital stay.I would recommend it.
Been doing Thi Chi and Chi gong for about 5 weeks now I would so recomend for those who would like to try.
I have been doing Tai Chi and Quigong for 17 years and love every minute of it. I have done Demos in every Hospital, Clinic, Community Centres and Fete,s all over Liverpool. Its a great way to keep fit even if you have Joint probs or breathing probs as its very gentle. Yang Style is the best for older people as its very slow. I recommend it to anyone.
