Lost my voice

Hi everyone, I've lost my voice again, I lost my voice for 5 weeks over xmas and now I've lost it again, I have a dry cough and a sore throat, and I'm really fed up now. Last year I lost my voice 3 times, I can't get into see my go as I can't get past the receptionist

They are Spain aren't they it's obvious we wouldn't want to see the doctor unless needed To makes you want to stamp your feet. I do hope you get sorted

Poor you..I lose my voice too..I think it is all the stuff I inhale..side effects are sore throat hoarse voice etc..I have it all so hot thyme tea and honey is my daily diet and now glycerin pastilles as per the doctor..it coats your throat..quite good..Take care x

Hi, thanks for you reply, it's so frustrating isn't it. Ive been and got myself the tea and honey and I'm going to give it a try. Thanks

Good, up to 3 cups a day x
