Seen ad in magazine for aerosure medic device for people with copd has any of our members heard of or use one it's a lot of money to pay out if it doesn't help hubby used nebuliser twice a day I just wondered is this basically the same thing any advice would be really welcome

When this was first marketed if you examined the fine print it said that it had been tested on healthy people. The BLF does not recommend it however they do receive £1 from every sale.
I just got one and used it for the first time yesterday. It did seem to make the mucus looser an I managed to clear some. It's a stronger version of a flutter and causes vibrations to loosen the gunk. Will need getting used to.
I would say if you can afford it, then it may well be useful. The flutter devices are effective and free on prescription.
