Low temperature

Hi been feeling unwell for about a week now but my temperature is only 34 when infact I feel like I have a high temperature needing to use cooling patches on my head to help keep my head cool any ideas why? I am odd lol

Could you have a sinus infection? I get them and your head is on fire when your core temp is normal. I asked the Dr about it and explained it was your body fighting the infection locally in that area. I bought one of those old fashioned ice bags and it helps.

Thank you I do have a constant headache but my whole head is so hot back and neck but my temp is reading 34 so strange lol thanks for your reply x

I went to the Drs today with just the same problem felt off all yesterday with as I feel is high temperature like the thermostat in my body was stuck on high. Used cooler gel pad and cooling cloth my ear was so itchy and inflamed I thought it was infection but I'm like that over night my hair wet and pillow soaked. My g p has said it was inflammation in my ear no infection but has put me in for blood test s and given me a spray for my ears and an appointment for 4weeks so can't ask for more.😢

Ah bless you hope you recover soon Well from teatime today (Monday) had a short nap before going to work and I feel normal again dont know my temperature until I get ho.e but no headaches or burning up x

please go see your GP just to put your mind at rest.

It could be anything. Best thing to do is see your GP. Let us know how you get on. Take care xx

Update on low temperature I spoke to GP secretary and explained i have concerns however she adviced me its not really an issue so just leave it a while probably right itself? However its still low never reaches 36 should i insist on a GP appointment
