My breathing is really bad and yes it is because the temperature has really dropped . Before Christmas I really thought I wouldn’t make it to see my new great grandcild the n. I rallied a bit but weather dipped once more back to square one I somtimes feel I won’t get through this winter

You take care

Wrap up stay warm and drink lots Hot drinks and have soup, casseroles etc. I wish you the best and I'm sure you'll make this winter and many more to come.

Wish we could all go live in a warm country what a difference that would make to us all!

I live in the South West and we seem to have escaped the bitter cold until the last few days. I was going to go out today but it's so cold I couldn't face it. Have to tomorrow though as am working. I find all my aches and pains much worse in the cold. I hope you feel warmer soon. x

Heat pads, hot water bottle, bag of frozen peas..physio said hot then cold then hot 3mn each

The head of our multi-disciplinary respiratory team always says don't go out if the temperature is below 6 degrees. Apart from making it harder to breathe, cold lowers the immune system so it's easier for bugs you are carrying, as we all do, to take hold.

Hard for dog owners with no garden though. Stay warm people :)

A lovely consultant I had years ago ,he would say “cancel your appointment on a very cold day “. Yet my doctors make an appointment for my check up in Dec ,which I have cancelled twice

Take care
