Chiropractor was the only thing that got my neck to move in all the directions it should of after a motorbike accident years earlier. Trouble was I never found a cheap one
I think you need to check it with a doctor first just in case. Then if they can't help then either a chiropractor or an osteopath should be able to help. Acupuncture might as well. x
I found a registered osteopath was much more effective than going to a doctor and being treated by an NHS physiotherapist.
I have the same problem & was sent to a physio but didn't help.
So went to a sports massager obviously had to pay but it has helped a lot.
