Well after 3 weeks of throat chest and lung infection my peak flow dropped to 400, was up at 450 for a few years.

Been back doing weights cardio and all the usual gym stuff.

Used my peak flow today and it's nearly up at 450.

back at work tomorrow after 2 weeks off, needs must.

Xxx

Well done David! You've obviously worked hard to get your peak flow back to your norm.

Don't overdo it though! Enjoy your work but take it easy. 🌸
