NO AIR ??

Morning all, was it just me or was the very little air last night, I was struggling to breathe ?

It was horrible. Up most of the night with doors open and the fan on full blast, because it was so humid. Hope you feel easier today but I fear the heat and humidity is still going to be with us. Try to keep cool.

Unfortunately Jennifer it appears that way from the weather forecasts. 27 degrees with 94% humidity today. 29 degrees tomorrow.

I'm just debating whether to go for our morning walk, so I hope Merlin doesn't start puffing and panting when he sees me take my medication for that is a sign for him to get my pumps - looks like he has chosen the blue ones today...they are in the hall....how I love this dog.

Lucy's taking me out in the wheelchair shortly before it gets too hot today, so at least I'll get some fresh air today, but the rest of the day I'll be having my fan on full blast too methinks! x

Not just you Scouse. I had to go up the shop yesterday evening, and I really felt it. Set my recovery back no end.

I noticed that the Pollen count is high.....I don't know if that affects you. You can check local levels on the BBC weather app, or on the Met Office site.

Morning Jennifer too, the grey clouds have appeared over my house again , so it's damp and grey here...think we have our own weather system !

Not nice at all last night but Pete was ok. He did sleep downstairs for part of the night as it was cooler. Xxxx

Yes humidity and pollen high and we have Fog this morning here locally. ALmost a perfect storm going to need some Salbutamol today no doubt.
