If you having breathing problems I should think you would get a badge . Depens how far you can walk with out getting puffed

Hi, Are you receiving allowances? If not ask to see your local council benefits officer. After seeing him/her, ask for a Blue Badge Application form.

A Blue Badge shouldn't be any problem especially if you have trouble walking a reasonable distance.
