Agree with stone. I HATE flies. Wilkinsons, Home Bargains, Pound Shop :-)

Get one of those electrified (only with a battery) swatters. Not expensive, look like a badminton or tennis racquet. They're brilliant

Yes do not spray any sprays like purfum ect when he is in the room leave windows open till smell gone as like me it is a big no no

I hate flies but hate flysprays even more. They've been banned from our house !! We bought a metal fly screen from Amazon for £50 and we've had it for about five years and will probably outlast us !!! We used to have one of those tennis racket things but haven't seen any in the shops for years. Any one know where I can get one to zap the odd fly that works out how to get through the chains !!!

Hi Olive, the herb Basil deters flies I usually get a couple of pots for the window sills & the fly screen of course. I only buy Ecover cleaning products not only are they less polluting for the people in the house but, also for the wider environment, including the oceans, where everything ends up.

Thanks Clara, my herb planter has been moved from just out side doors. Never clicked iam on prednesalone brain fog that's my excuse. Changed cleaning things 3years ago found a cleaner called Elbow grease that gives no problems for him
