Hi Marg & welcome. We'll need to know what it is a measure of, but probably not bad. :)

Welcome to the site Margaret. We would be glad to help you, if you would give us more information. I'm figuring you mean your oxygen level. If so, 95 isn't bad. 😊 Rubyxx

Atrial Fibrilation is a heart problem and is the most common cause of irregular heart rhythm. It can greatly increase risk of stroke but many people are not aware they even have it, I have a cousin and friend with it. My cousin who is 62 was diagnosed at a wellman check he paid to have a few years ago but it doesn't really affect him in his day to day life. He has had lots of checks - is overweight so told to slim down and keep as active as possible and he is doing fine. My friend on the other hand at 70 is quite poorly at times and has just had a pacemaker fitted - there is a history of severe heart problems in her family - her Father's family dying at an average age of 50 from heart disease. Both my cousin and my friend had times when their heart rate went up to 200 or more! Both also tend to get this when sleeping or on waking.very little is known about causes but it is more likely if you have any heart problems already, have clogged arteries, diabetes, high blood pressure and thyroid problems may increase risk. Often found in people with lung problems, - asthma, emphysema, pulmonary blood clots. Can happen to otherwise healthy people if they are stressed or fatigued, if you have had too much caffeine or alcohol or have smoked or exercised too much, can be caused by air pollution, and chemicals and pesticides some medicationsand H. Pylori bug which is often associated with ulcers. There seems to be a risk if you have too little of some minerals such as calcium, magnesium and potassium. Risk of AF increases with age, men are more likely to develop AF. it seems it can run in families. Hope this helps.
