Oh Nanny, you just don't know how we men suffer (in silence) for so long before letting out a (very occasional) whimper.

We, the male population, believe in just soldiering on, regardless of the pain and suffering of that (terminal?) man-flu that women (luckily because I'm not sure how they would cope) don't EVER have to suffer.

If it wasn't for the red nose, streaming eyes and look of death you'd probably never even realise that, suffering in silence, we are in the vice-like grip of this evil illness.
