Hi Janann 25, this is a photo of Esther she was incredibly beautiful as was her nature. My daughter also had one but she was totally different where Esther was loving and so gentle hers was a a proper little hooligan who terrorised all the neighbourhood cats and some of the dogs too. Keep well Rosabeth

She is absolutely beautiful.  Also very gentle looking.  My cat Tara is a very highly strung tortie who does give the occasional nip.  Esther looks very calm and gentle.

Take care

Malinka

What a glorious Cat, and a perfect pose, very serene, relaxed and Esther-like:-)

Yes Esther was the most gentle loving cat you could imagine you would not believe she was an F5 that's fifth generation wild cat there is a very interesting history on Bengal cats they are a relatively new breed. Esther's geneology went directly back to the original two cats that started the breeding programme. I still have all her papers.

Cooper never learns I hadn't seen him since early morning and repeated calling was useless. The garage door was open but the door into the house was closed I started to panic incase he had slipped unnoticed into the garage we are always so careful but he is so quick. He never attempts to go out but left unattended for some time he might just decide to survey the area. We searched the house I looked outside no sign then John went for his shoes to go further afield and there was the dopey cat in the cupboard under the stairs we had both looked in there it he was on a shelf curled under a coat hanging against the wall. He had been in there for at least three hours. He was quite unconcerned. I nearly had heart failure.take care all. Rosabeth.

Morning!  Only just logged on and seen your photo. She's absolutely gorgeous!!  I'm still chuckling at your latest "heart failure" reaction to Cooper's latest escapade - my two do this to me constantly, and they still give me "heart failure".  My second cat, Willow, doesn't go far - usually - but last night she wasn't around when I called her in at 10 o'clock.  So, I spent half an hour searching for her, only to find she'd come back (through the cat flap) and was happily curled up on the sofa 😡😡.  They definitely control my life!!   Jan xxx

What a lovely kitty. Esther was a beauty, for sure. Was she a large cat? Don't know to much about bengals. You must miss her so much. 😊.xx

Many thanks to all of you who replied to Esther. I do miss her very much as I miss all the cats I have had all my life. When I had Esther I also had a Burmese, Monty they grew up together and the night Esther died he sat next to her for hours and died a few months later of a broken heart, there was no other explanation. I will post a picture of him for you but it has to be separate as I don't know how to attach one here. I do have dozens of photos of them together but they are not on my IPad. I still had them both when we were invaded by Cooper and then Sophie they accepted them instantly with never a single spit from any of them it was as though they understood that these two extras needed a home and ours was big enough for them all. Shortly after we were adopted by Womble a dear little black fluffy bundle who was later bitten by a snake. He appeared to recover but a few weeks later his kidneys failed the vet said the poison had affected them he was only five and my heart was broken yet again. It may not surprise you to know that my email address is montyesther.Enjoy the picture of Monty. Keep well Rosabeth
