whilst resting suddenly get lots of quick short breaths and breathe through my nose rather than mouth any answers please to as why thanks .

hi tippiestoes, couldn't get the complete idea from description. But I think one should definitely not ignore shortness of breath. Especially if you are feeling pain on either side of the chest, back or shoulders while breathing.
