Well yesterday I was at hospital getting my iron hemoglobin top up by drip, never knew I needed 1000mlgrames, back next Monday for 500 mlgrames.

Feel good for it, breathing a lot better and wasn't tired or larthargic today or tonight.

Didn't realise I needed that much.
