My 95 year old uncle Ray told me he likes pain? He said 'if I can't feel pain then I'd be dead'. Guess he's got a point .

Hi Offcut, guess we all feel and look a bit like this in the morning and true if we woke up with no pain we would probably think we were gone to the gods. At least while theres pain theres life, limited maybe but life none the less. On a different subject hows your son.? Best wishes x

He was very poorly before xmas and picked up the corona virus which put me at risk too? Still having treatment every couple of days.

The Noise I think is my throat sticking shut with air behind it and then releasing. I had it when I was snoozing but still a little awake if that makes sense?

I also have this offcut, is it lack of oxygen I wonder, it is quite scary. Good to know someone else has same problem as me too, It wakes you up with a start and a gasp.

Anyone else have this?

I thought it was just me - Different pains in different places all the time. Can't understand these people that never mention a twinge or a pain, just not normal! I can remember my mum saying to me that she had had a pain-free day, didn't understand the significance at the time. Is that you smiling through the pain?!
