The weather finally got to me

Had to start my rescue pack of abs yesterday .sob was getting worse .feeling really rough this morning .was suppose to be going out with friends and family. Think I will have to give it a miss. Hope everyone has a merry christmss and a happy new year dave

Sorry you are sob and feeling ruff. Hope your medication kicks in soon. I must be one of the lucky ones. I never feel ruff just sob.sitting rapping presents and so sob. Hope you enjoy Christmas take it slowly xx
