I have a Daisy who sleeps at the nape of my neck and Purrs for Scotland.... I love it, going to watch question time, my one late night in my week... sweet dreams everyone..... ☺️

Hope you had a good night. Mine was good thanks to "Sleep Aid" herbal tablets from "Savers". Though I was so tired maybe it wasn't because of them. Will try them again tonight and then a night without them and see. Thing is still feel drowsy. Got up as got to get hi to Dentist by 9 and if I go back now will probably sleep through.

Good Morning etch, hope you slept well. I didn't up half the night with nausea stomach pain, burping, flatulence & diarrhoea. Think I've got a stomache bug. Still it's a change from chest infections.

Oh poor you I think you have caught a stomach bug from what you say.

I really hope you start to feel better soon. think I would prefer the chest infections !!!

As for my night, I had the best sleep ever.

I belong to a group which is about Mindfulness, and Resilience I have been in a dark place and got involved with the Mental Health team and have a CPN, it was her that introduced me to the said course.

We were given a disc to listen to, It's a body scan we listen and do as we are told with relaxation.....I keep falling asleep....So now I take my meds and put the disc on and Walla good night sleep, I do it all the time now.

My goodness what a long way round to say ,Yes I slept well....lol
