Well done Dawn, and yes you are right, exercise is good for you. I go to the gym at least four times a week. I usually just walk for an hour on the treadmill and cover 5600 metres, and on the odd day I might include 2000 metres on the rowing machine, which takes me just over 11 minutes.
I have IPF, and use oxygen for my exercise and any exertion.
I hope you'll really take care of yourself for a few days Hungryhorse. Plenty of vitamins & good food to boost your immune system after that amazing feat. p xxx
