What is the ideal humidity level.looks like rest of week is to be in the high 90,s

I really don't know...is high or low ...which one has a detrimental effect on us

I can only speak for myself Nellie - I just absolutely can't cope with high humidity :( All the best :)

Thanks,that is why I bought a humidifier,after reading statements I am not sure.at the moment I have not opened box however will set it up later today and see what happens.thanks for post
