Freefaller here. I am trying to get my password changed on my e mail account as for some reason either I am putting the wrong password in or they have blocked it for some reason, but as I have no mobile signal at home it is difficult. Until I do i cannot access my old account on here! So after even trying to drive up to our sportsfield to get a signal and trying to reset it with the code sent to my mobile phone by which time the computer had timed me out so the code was invalid, I decide to try an alternative way to reset my password. This is what I got from them after sending an e mail and explaining to them all my problems - this, incidentally is for people who cannot reset their password using a mobile phone and cannot log in to their e mail account:

Well that is a great flippin help because I can't get to my emails on there as I am asking you to reset my password so that i can get to the 100 or so e mails in there waiting for me to read! Before you ask yes, they do have an alternative e mail address for me and i have repeated it to them twice in the email I just sent to them and asked them to call me on my land line! Honestly!
