Hi Ruby

that's me every morning.....I cannot function before I've had 2 big mugs of tea followed by 2 big mugs of decaf coffee and something to eat !!

I had a bad nights sleep last night due to that bloody moon....no pun intended.

At midnight I went to bed...I can see the moon from our bedroom window.

It was shining so bright,...so big.

So as usual at a full moon I had a good howl at it !!!!!

Don't ask me why I do this...I just do...it makes him indoors laugh, so that's a good enough excuses ,

I then woke every hour, on the hour to look at it......it was amazing.

I gave up trying to sleep and got up at 6am...I am now knackered and it's only 7am !!

Sod the decaf coffee...I am on the real strong, full of caffeine and sugar coffee today.

Oh no, a nutty werewolf among us! You should be really wired up with all that caffeine. What are you going to do with all that energy? You'll probably be doing cartwheels! How about the good old hula- hoop? I actually won a ribbon for that in school. Can't imagine doing it now. I got a funny feeling, you probably have one handy, and could put us all to shame! Lol 😀😀

That moon was indeed amazing.

Gotta say, it didn't get me howling! Only you Velvet. 😁

Nutty yes...werewolf no...I do not have an excess hair problem !And you are right..

I have two hoola hoops, and have taught my two eldest grandchildren how to do it.

I am in trouble at the moment with my son...Ha ! Ha ! as if I take any notice of him, For teaching his son..my seven year old gorgeous grandson, how to blow the biggest bubble gum bubbles you have ever seen !!

I remember as a child I perfected my bubble gum blowing technique to such perfection, that my mother often had to cut the gum out of my hair !!

I have a feeling my grandson will be following in my footsteps !!

I'm actually a tea drinker myself.

I have one small coffee when I go to work. Theres nothing like that perfect cuppa tea. I drink tea all day.😊 I've just started having a cold green tea with honey, when I'm working. Rest easy...

I'm still in bed 😜 bloomin steroids kept me awake most of the night. My hubby and eldest daughter Jamie-Lee are just going to do the horse, sharnie has chemo clinic today, hate it when I can't do the things I either love to do or need to do, this illness is inconvenient to life. Hope u have a great day too or night what time is it where u are xx Sonia xx

It's 4:00 a.m here Sonia. I have crazy hours. It comes from when I worked all night, for many years. Now I've cut back hrs. but my body is still on old schedule. I'll be going to sleep around 5 till 1 pm.

Hope you get some sleep.

Couple of hours, she goes every Monday for all sorts of blood tests then she waits for results then sees the haematology doctor. Her dad is going with her today.

I used To work permanent nights at the hospital for over 10 yrs took me ages to sort my body clock out. EnJoy ur sleep and take it easy too. Has the cranberry worked ?? Xx Sonia xx

I have not drunk tea or coffee for years, I have tried caffeine free but not keen, I would love to try one of these fancy coffees but I know it will make me ill.

So it is delicious water for me, how boring.
