what to do
Do you know your lung function Violet? Or what stage you are at? x
Once you have the forms get advice and help to fill them in from Citizen Advice or there might be other organizations in your area.

Apply gov.uk/pip if you need any help ring age concern but I have always found the government help line is also very good and will help you fill the form in. Just remember to give them your worst case scenario and not 'sometimes you are bad'. It has to be 'all the time'. Good luck. The best advice I can give you for copd is to keep yourself as fit as possible, exercise really does help.

Hi Voilet1,
give me a ring on the BLF Helpline and I can talk to you about a claim.

Hi your feeling of being tired and being breathless when making a bed is all part of COPD, Go to your local breath essay group they might be able to help you fill in the forms.
I'm waiting for these MP's to realise you can not fake COPD and award us without having to fill in these forms and wait over a year for a reply somehow I think hell will freeze over first.
CAB filled out my forms and it took 3 hours over 2 visits but I did get the allowance.
thanku,do i nead to go my doctors first though, obviously i was diagnosed with copd but not sure if i have to get the forms sent to me or really how i go about it all
