It's a great weight off the mind, isn't it - they show us there IS life after diagnosis, and a good life too if we set our minds to it - it'll just be a bit different.
Yes it is so very different then before the diagnosis.
I would sometimes get bored with this and that...fed up with this and that...etc and so on.
I have so much I want to now that I just don't the time for the before.
I don't know if that makes any sense. ..or is it I'm just mad now...😈
Oh yes, when I was first diagnosed I googled it, arranged my funeral, amended my will and lay on the sofa to wait for the grim reaper! Then was sent to Rehab and found this place, massive change of life despite tv, fridge freezer dying this week and nasty car accident yesterday!
Air bags went of and hit forehead, nose and chin and have a very badly bruised chest. Deep breathing isn't an option! The powder from airbag was incredible and of course I inhaled a load of that. All in all very sorry for my self. It was so kind of you to ask. Sandra
