Yep I'm off to see AC/DC at Wembly stadium, will I survive it? well only time will answer this but if not I'm going out on a high. As old Neil Young said its better to burn out than to fade away.
Enjoy this little video and say a few prayers for me as I might just need them.
I am 55 and wish I was going with you! Enjoy your day. Am sure you will survive it. We are off to a big family reunion near Portsmouth and wish we had booked a night half way there tonight as it means driving up tomorrow and then having our reunion at 3 and then driving back early on Monday to get back for an appointment on Monday afternoon. Wouldn't be so bad had I not been ill for a few weeks - feeling somewhat better now though as am off the steroids and of course to start with when we booked the one night we didn't have the appointment on the Monday and were going to visit other people on our slow way back home to West Wales. Ah well it never rains ... ... ...
Morning Tony, Happy birthday for tomorrow. You're a bit of an inspiration to me. I followed you on Google+ and was impressed with your singing and exercise. Trying a bit of it myself recently can only be a good thing even if it only makes me feel good. So thank you.
Love the fact you don't let anything hold you back, like my grandson once said to me when I developed a frozen shoulder and had to drive the car differently, we evolve, not give up xx
Looking good for an old rocker Tony (ok, so you are younger than me!) I so envy you going to see AC/DC and remember them when they used to be on Top Of The Pops with the original line up (Bon Scot?) My eldest son still loves their music and has most of the CD's. Great stuff and you have a wonderful time. Thinking of you. xxxxx
Hi tony. I am so jealous. Love AC/Dc especially Angus, even Keith Richards admires him. You'll be buzzing for days!
Oh Happy Birthday for tomorrow Tony. Do you have a favourite AC/DC song? I love Shook me all night long myself. Shame about Angus's brother though isn't it. xxxx
I'm so jealous Dall I really love (and used to support live music) especially rock and blues ....AC/DC are great and Brian Johnson is brilliant (but then again he's from the North East so what else would you expect )
Don't be rocking your chair into splinters or try to jump on stage but I'm sure you will have a rocking good time - Enjoy the moment and live for the day like a runaway train
Owen
I'm not jealous Tony really Grrrrh Have a wonderful time and 'Rocking all over the World' and happy birthday. xx
I'm also very very jealous as they are one of the few bands I've never seen. But I don't suppose they'll be visiting Cyprus anytime soon. But I did see a rock/blues cover band last night and I've discovered I can still head bang so long as I'm sitting lol. I'm sure you'll have a great night and it'll be something you'll remember for a long time.
Wahoo! You lucky Tony!!😁🎼🎶🎹 Keep on Rockin in the free world !!!!!! 😀 as Neil Young would sing, , my oxygen delivery man went to see them in Scotland this last week I think and it was his Birthday too!
A very, very Happy Birthday to you! Have a Fab time, love Huff xxx😁😘
55 here - hey, I can't miss the rare chance of declaring I'm younger than someone these days! AC/DC are really not my style (!) - Neil Young is another matter altogether - but I hope you had a fantastic time!
Omg ...that's the kinda music I would play to get rid of my neighbours. Lol.....I hope you enjoy rocking like I did for glastenbury, it done me the world of good to get music into my soul again...being ill n stuff....I felt brilliant stayed at home ,iPad n TV .xxxxx
