Here are two books on exercise that can be downloaded for free.

Are they for people with copd?

I don't think they are specifically for those with COPD but are put out by the National Institute on Aging.

I actually indirectly found them through a link on the COPD New of the Day website

If you find some in the book you would like or feel you could do show it to your doctor for confirmation or his/her advice.
