Here are two books on exercise that can be downloaded for free.

I'm sure not all exercises will be appropriate for everyone so use your own judgment or consult your doctor to be safe.

Are they for people with copd?

Are they just free the first time?

Thanks

I don't think they are specifically for those with COPD but are put out by the National Institute on Aging.

I actually indirectly found them through a link on the COPD New of the Day website

If you find some in the book you would like or feel you could do show it to your doctor for confirmation or his/her advice.
