I just started a six week course on Tuesday, so I'm hoping to find out soon. What I have found out already is how I hyperventilate on exercise and make myself dizzy. Next I need to find out how to stop that habit.

So have you found out how you are supposed to better control your breathing during exercise as I think I could use that info as well.

I notice my breathing breathing is more controlled when I breath through my nose, but the respiratory team is trying to teach me to exhale through my mouth...working on it.

I can't seem to get enough air when exercising if I try to breath through my nose so both inhale and exhale through my mouth.

Most people feel a lot better or at the very least know how to cope with the condition better.
