Beautiful sunny day and feel like crap 😞

It's a beautiful sunny day and I feel horrid. I have a burning sensation in my chest and my pulse is kind of fast. Don't know if it's from the meds, reflux or anxiety, but it's no picnic.

Calm down, slow your breathing. Take a Xanax if you have one or go for a walk.

Don't worry, things will improve.

I am at the moment, thank you. I started coughing last night and more today. Its clear and slimy. I have never had a cough before, not even from smoking. I called the P Dr and he said that is strange because he heard absolutely nothing in my chest at yesterdays appt. He told me if it is still there come Monday, to call him.

I know what you mean. I feel like I have mucus stuck in my throat. Plus a cough.
