Morning I have time for this before my first appointment, weather dry, back aches and lack of sleep other that all is fine. Thought you might like these silly bits.
I had been in many places whilst in the navy, but had never been in Cognito, I hear no one recognizes you there.
I have, however, been in Sane, they don't have an airport.. you have to be driven there. I have made several trips there, thanks to my children, friends, family and work.
I would like to go to Conclusions but you have to jump and I'm not to good at physical activity anymore.
I have been in Doubt. That is a sad place to go and I try not to visit there to often. I have been in Flexible but only when it was very important to stand firm.
Sometimes I'm in Capable and go there often as I get older.
One of my favourite places to be is in Suspense! It really gets the adrenalin flowing and pumps up the old heart! At my age I need all the stimuli I can get!
I have been in Continent but don't remember what country I was in. Its an age thing. They tell me it is very wet and damp there.
From one unstable person to another, I hope everyone is happy in your head - we're all doing pretty well in mine.
Keep smiling it's meant as a bit of fun. x

Hello down there, today went as expected, if your the CT scan Queen I must be the CT King as I have been going every 3 months for nearly 8 years on and off, I like the little man that shows you can breath normal lol. Stay save and keep smiling in the Aussie sunshine. xxx
Hi there my favourite kracker yes all went well as I expected, the nurse was a right miserable what not, so no chance of any flirting there. How is your concrete holding up ? I will stay happy if you stay happy lol xxxx Fred
Just had a nice cuppa with 2 yes 2 plain chocolate digestives and you will be pleased to know I never dunked them, so we ex matelots have a bit of class, but not much xx

Grrr... nevermind. Still smiling
Thanks Lyn I am uncertain as to cause of the back pain as its not low back, so I expect it could be caused by where they went in through my back a couple of times ago to remove some of the lung, but I will put it to the man on the 25th. Hope you are getting along alright xxx
Hi Sara all went as should sorry to say it was not the normal nurse I see, this one today had her mouth upside down did not want to chat and I was not going to waste a joke on her. xxx

Megan I think you are the breath of fresh air, as at just the right time you blow right into my screen with that lovely profile picture of you starting and smiling at me, and I think of you up there in the wilderness. So you stay warm and safe. As for the wind I have another tablet for that lol xxx Fred
Cheers Iris but my Father always said to test if you are indispensible you are to place your hand in a bucket of water and if when you remove your hand you have left a hole , than you are.The test etc I am having are a mixture of follow ups from the aneurysm I had, and the cancer scans then the follow up and more treatment, but I suppose its a day out lol XX Fred keep smiling.
Top of the class for me Fred, I love everyone of them; I need to get on my laptop and save them all a.s.a.p so I can remember and use some of them myself, if you don't mind (copyright and all that). I love watching all you guys, it's the first thing I do on a morning; go to the site and see who's been up most of the night, like me.
