Is there anyone who likes to go for walks or go to the beach i live in Attleborough Norfolk hope to hear from someone.

I live in Southport Merseyside the coast line once came right upto the main road that passes outside the gates we are are built on dunes I guess originally to keep us dry should we have a Neap tide in the spring I used to come all the way from Preston Lancs every Whit Monday as a day out never once in all that time did I envisage I would come to live here in my retirement years. I am unable to walk far these days but I have a mobility scooter and I love bombing along the cycle/footpath and also the peer on warm days.

i hope you manage to get someone to walk with, as it is one of the best exercises for copd ,

i would certainly love to but live many miles from you, and like anthony find it hard work to walk much at all now

I live in South Derbyshire the wife and I enjoy walking especially in the warmer weather as we both struggle a bit in the cold weather. We do not rush and stop for a break when necessary.

There is some lovely countryside walks in this area but also enjoy walking on the sea front when on holiday in the UK.
