What a waste off my time and theirs, The young girl was so nice and helpful she could see I was a ill and kept asking me if I was Ok and she would make it as quick as possible, Then she went through EVERY QUESTION that's in the PIP application pack and this was with her one finger typing two forward one back she did try the pencil drop I totally ignored it then when she bent down I said 5 years ago ago I would have caught the pencil before it hit the ground a sort of huff & puff end of conversation. She said it would take between 8 & 12 weeks overall it was not that bad but I should never have been there.matt

Rigid system stinks!! People are being more abused and not listened to ,it's got to change!! It's negative power!!

We should all contact our MP explaining we want the system changed, I believe anyone with chronic illness should be awarded PIP & ESA without all this filling in form and waiting 20 years for a decision
