I decided to get some exercise so I rang the the local rambling club for some information, but the chap who answered Just went on and on and on.

So I decided to go to France and went to buy a ticket, the lady said "Eurostar" I said "Thank you your not bad yourself".

It will stay my secret and the other few that read this lol all I can say is please don't change the scenery to often as to much puff required wait till your a bit fitter, not that I am saying your not fit but we do not want you poorly again now you are back in the fold.
