Well I have been a good boy with my keep fit regime, once before I go to work then one in the evening after work, a lot of stretching-deep breathing and weights, twice per day, two 30mn sessions, I even went swimming this week, 20 lengths with a 30 second break in between each length. Need to keep it up.

I went back to the gym today after my pneumonia, I did lose a bit of strength lifting my usual weights. Happy to do it, as you are.
Wow that's fantastic, well done!! Just as a matter of interest, what stage are you at? I have just bought a treadmill following PR course, where i could do 1 mile, so aiming for a bit more At stage 4 though so i'm not really sure how hard i should push myself!! Xx
