Chest X ray

I went for a chest X ray my doctor got the result back which said I had thickening on both sides of my lungs.They advised I had the X ray repeated on 3 months.i still keep gasping for breath.

Any ideas please?xx

Afraid I can't help with the thickening, Kevina, but please call the British Lung Foundation helpline for advice, they are excellent. 03000 030 555 9-5pm.

Do you have medication to help with the shortness of breath? You are struggling so don't be afraid to call your GP about that and also say you are worrying and ask what this could mean.

I believe you can claim compensation, if thickening was caused by the work you have done i.e asbestos.
