This is my 2nd day of the week 4. The first 5 minutes are like...

Then there's the next 3 and 5 and 5; I'm glad there's a "walk" in between. Done my second day of the 4th week and loved it. Did 3.18 miles in 26 minutes. ('m glad there's a loo near by when I stop!!!) cheers all, Mic

You really seem to be progressing quite well. Do you notice a difference in your daily activities given the way you seem to be building your endurance. Less SOB etc?

Keep up the good work and I am going to have to get off my butt and start doing the same.

jackdup, not only am I less SOB, but I can walk better and longer (went to see a mew place for my wife this morning). with the vitamins, I have not had any infection since August; I feel definitely happier. It's true that the warm weather has favoured me too. Hope it lasts and I'll put all the eggs in my health basket!

That is super and I sure hope it continues and also you can continue to make progress with extending the time you can exercise.

I really need to do the same and hearing your improvement adds that much more inspiration.

Love to feel good and overcome bronchiectasis. In the old days they used to say it was irreversible. Scientists have had a change of heart. I had a "change of lungs" since I started the gym!
