Hi

Seen it on Amazon £89.

It will take more effort than it those to complete any home exercise supplied by your PR team.

If you go to the All Post page, go to pinned post on right of screen, click on Abbreviation and Link's Scroll to exercise. Click on there is list of typical exercises than can be done sat down at no cost but you time.

Shadow boxing, thigh twist, stand at kitchen raise up on your toes, side steps,

These a simply but effort if you can manage upto two minutes.

Although the chair gym looks cool, I do not think it would get much use.

Hi stone, l havent seen this but unless you are really motivated, this gym could just sit in a corner of home and soon gather dust.... I dont know but in your area is there a class you can go and be encouraged to continue. Really wish you well. x

not very motivated

me I went for the dual bike plus bit cheaper at £59 but does more work than the chair which to me looks very flimsy

Hi Whit, really make sure it is what you want, so far we have had a rowing machine that we gave away, a bike that we gave away, now I have a treadmill which has everything on it except me.

I bet your kitchen chair will be far more use. Make a pot of tea and place it on the table. Sit and do the exercises while it brews and then use the chair to stay and have rewarding cuppa. Regards Rib

I haven't, but I have a DVD by Rosemary Conley called Ultimate whole body workout, in which there is a section with chair exercises. I did this and it is fairly mild and approachable. Rosemary is a dynamic person . The price tag was £8.99; a few years ago now. Worth having a look at.

I also bought Leanie's chair workout. This girl is an amputee. seh does all her exercises in a chair.

Compare it with chair workout on You Tube.

Exercise is like food, you need a variety of it.
