Lower abdomen spasms

When i walk a distance or get any exertion at all my lower abdomen spasms so bad i feel like its a coilidas attack..acute pain lasting 3-5 min..unbearable leaves me motionless and unable to speak till it stops.started 4 months ago..anyone have this ?

Sorry I can't help Jimmy. Have you tried these electronic cigarettes? There is a lot about them in the UK press this weekend saying how doctors would like laws to be relaxed to allow and encourage smokers of e - cigarettes where smoking is normally banned because these things are no risk to the lungs.
