Don't know why but today I am feeling better than Ihave felt for a longtime without taking steroids,only had my inhaler,Ive even walked all way round the park and played with the dog,Only had to sit down once,Im not even tired,I will probably have to suffer for it tomorrow,

I think that if the weather is good and we manage to get outdoors for some fresh air and exercise this seems to increase our energy levels and the ." feel good " factor. ( sometimes I have lounged about all day and not done anything much and felt even more tired .) Obviously if you have an infection there is a need to take it easy.

Long may this lovely weather continue. I am trying to be as active as possible at the moment to build up my strength and fitness levels before the onset of winter when I know it won't be as easy.

Soak it up and enjoy every minute, Spanial, who knows how long it will last.

I have been in the same fortunate position for the past month, first time in 6 years, hardly any coughing or sputum production and feeling the best that I can remember.

This followed a quite bad exacerbation and a double dose of A/Bs (Clarithromycin) just beforehand. Can’t believe my luck, thought that I was on a slippery downhill slope for good.

im not feeling too bad today,slept in till 8.45 this morning,latest I have slept for a long time,tomorrow have a hospital appointment as I have a trapped nerve by my spine am dreading it as I don't know what they will do to rectify it ,oh well will find out tomorrow.Thanks for all your replies.
